On Wednesday, May 28th, the new database "Brigadistas from Belgium" presented at Amsab-ISG Ghent, containing biographical information on more than 2,000 Belgian volunteers in the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939). The result of years of research by Rudi Van Doorslaer and François Van Pelt will be presented that afternoon during a workshop with lectures and a public debate.
