In (Un)exposed Discover the Amsab-ISG glass plate collection. Due to their fragility, these images were literally underexposed for a long time, but thanks to a digitization project, they now form a rich treasure trove of historical photographs that you can admire up close.
You travel through time with glass plates from the collections of, among others, forward en People's Gazette (1950s-1960s) and that of private collector Lateur (late 19th to early 20th century). Along the way, you'll discover how glass slides were used and how they are preserved and accessed today.
The real eye-catchers are, of course, the photos themselves. Posing for the lens is timeless, after all, and produces images that are often heartwarming and surprisingly relatable.
