During the First World War, 1.5 million Belgians fled the violence of war. According to the In Flanders Fields Museum, every Belgian today has a story of refuge in their family history and community.

Are you also curious about this underexposed Belgian migration history? How can we uncover the human story behind the numbers? Want to explore the journey of your family or community? Then this workshop is for you!

Formation: The Hidden Stories of Refugees During the First World War
