With the support of Solidaris, Johan Van Win has written a beautifully illustrated book about SK Eendracht Vilvoorde, one of the oldest clubs in workers' football. When workers' football was founded in the early 1920s, the Vilvoorde club was there almost from the start. Through trial and error, they just managed to reach their centennial celebration. What remains is a remarkably rich story that captures the daily lives of a group of comrades who support the cause and have a good time. With numerous anecdotes and photos, Johan Van Win brings this story back to life, thanks in part to the Vilvoorde socialist magazine De Demokraat, which is held in the Amsab-ISG collection .
