Reading room operation survey

A few weeks ago, we sent out a satisfaction survey to 350 reading room visitors. We were interested in hearing about their experiences with our reading room services. The online catalog was also a key component of the survey.

We received a total of 57 responses, a real success! Visitors are very positive about the reading room experience. This is a great compliment to the reading room staff. Several suggestions for improvement were also submitted, which we will continue to address in the near future to further optimize our reading room experience. One of the participants, a student from Leuven, has since been named the winner of a year's subscription to our magazine Brood & Rozen .
